Such a very nice Malaysian boy
When I first come to Korea, Rindia asked, “What should we do if we met Malaysian?”. I am just laugh and said it just OK. Most of friend said that Malaysian is such a good guys. I am not surprised with Rindia question, since now there is another conflict between Malaysia and Indonesia (I dont wanna talk about that conflict).
Finally, the first guys we met when we arrived in Hanyang University in Malaysian is boy named Haikal. At the first time i supposed that he is Indonesian because our face contour in totally persist huh..He took us to our dormitory and emphasized to call him whenever we need help. I thought it was just for formality but it totally not.
Our first journey is to a bog shop near Whangsinmi station. Haikal asked us to join with other Germany student. If you are the new one in Korea, and can not speak Korean its better if you always go outside with someone who can speak Korea.
Stil the same day, Haikal asked us what will we eat to breakfast (buka puasa). We said we will eat our bread and milk which we buy. Haikal said it doesnt proper and finally he took us to kind of seafood restaurant. And I swear those food is very yummy. The name is haemul something, I forgot. We continued to karaoke. Karaoke is a part of Korean habit.
His helped continue. He always want to know what we eat for sahoor or breakfast. And he will not allow us eating just bread. Moreover, he has cook for us twice for breakfast. First we just cook Malaysian instant food, Brahims and Ayam Brand. Second, he cooked by himself, bihun goreng and sambal ikan bilis. Terharu...He cooked so much and asked us to bring for sahoor.
During our meeting, we talked about love and hate relationship between our country. I found there are many similarities between us, our face, our food, our habit, our religion, even our language. According to us our country hot relationship is just because of certain oknum (yang kurang kerjaan) and because of our citizen who easy ‘dihasut’(poor Indonesia). So, the fact is our country relationship is fine. We didnt care about the issue that hotter day by day. We are such a happy and live peacefully here. How lucky am I find out such a nice Malaysian boy...
